Dear NECCC Club Presidents and Representatives
Welcome to the 2025-26 season of the New England Camera Club Council. I sincerely thank you for your support of the Council and its activities, and your responsibilities as officers of your clubs. Also, a big thank you to Rhonda Cullens, HonNEC, for compiling all the information provided to her by various officers of the Council and compiling this season’s Club Services Information.
I am pleased to announce that our new website is operational. It does need a few refinements, but these are relatively minor. A big thanks and congratulations to Dennis Goulet, HonNEC, who undertook this mammoth task, supported by Pam Lintner, HonNEC, Silvana Della Camera, MNEC, and Lisa Cuchara, HonNEC.
Now that our new site is operational, we have incorporated Club Services as a main menu item with a dropdown for pertinent sections. These changes and segmentation will make things easier to find, and where required, forms have been provided that can be electronically filled out.
Sections of the Club Services Packet that are purely informational or general have been categorized into segments under their individual menu items. Rhonda Cullens’ correspondence to you provides further details.
Communication with each other is essential for our joint success. As such, if you are no longer the NECCC Club Rep or President, please pass this along to the new officer. Additionally, please send their contact information to me at neccc-president@neccc.org and to Barbara Rozavsky, HonNEC, our Membership vice president at neccc-membership@neccc.org. You should be receiving your club’s annual membership renewal in early September. However, you can also find the information under the “Club Membership” tab by clicking on the “Club Dues & Fees” link. You may now pay dues electronically as well as by check. All dues must be paid by the October 12th deadline.
Throughout the year, important information is sent via email. Please be sure to have the following email addresses in your contact list so that lines of communication are kept open and mail does not end up in the spam/junk email folders: neccc-president@neccc.org, zoom-master@neccc.org, and neccc-mail@neccc.org.
I am very pleased that the Print Study Groups, a new service introduced this past season, has been a huge success thanks to Larry Dunn, MNEC, who serves as chair. Thank you, Larry.
A big thanks to Board Members Susan Mosser, Pam Lintner, Larry Dunn, and Dana Patch for completing another very successful Digital and Print competition season. Your services are truly appreciated.
We will not be conducting a Virtual Event in 2025 as originally planned. However, we are looking forward to doing one in early 2026.
